Our oil change is the best around the Rocky Mountains - Vail Colorado Area - as we use Mobil 1 and equivalents to make sure your car or truck is ready for all weather conditions. We only use fully-synthetic mobil oils and are proud to use the best quality auto parts and oil to ensure longevity on your vehicle. For our “tune-up” service, Action Jackson Auto strives to follow “AllData” and the requirements of your maintenance schedule. 7. How often should I inspect my brakes and suspensions?
Our automotive mechanics recommend that you inspect your brakes at least three times per year at our auto care center to ensure your brake rotors, pads, calipers, master cylinder and brake booster are all working properly. You should do a full inspection of your vehicle as often as you can, and especially if you are a frequent driver. As for suspension including shocks, struts, alignment and balance on your suspension, we recommend checking these systems at least three times per year as well. Our auto repair shop always offers your the original, upgraded, or aftermarket car parts options - which depends on your vehicle requirements and our independent decision as to what is best for your vehicle.
10. What steps can I take to ensure that my vehicle helps me avoid costly repairs down the road?
Change your oil frequently (every 3 to 5k miles), rotate your tires every 2k to 3k miles, check your brakes & tires (upon issue or every month, whichever happens first), and do a full car inspection with our automotive center as least two times per year. Once your auto repair work is completed and your car problems are solved - we can offer a warranty up to a year (purchased separately) for up to 25% cost of the work completed. But the most important item is to make sure you frequently check your car and do full inspections to maintain your vehicle!
